Here's another biker run down because he told the driver to get of his phone at a stop light.

He pretty much brought that on himself. If your going to stop and swear at someone be ready for the consequences.

That is exactly why I do everything in my power to not piss off people in cars.
Even when they do something stupid. It is very easy for them to kill me.

On the way back from the Colorado rally a guy cut of my wife on an expressway, I saw it in my mirror.
When he passed me I gave him a look that told him I thought he was an asshole.
There was 2 or 3 vehicles behind him so he could not slow down enough to stay beside me.
I kept my eye on him and when he had a chance he slowed and looked in his rear view mirror.
He changed lanes a few times to try and let us catch up but we stayed back a few cars.
I told Cindy he was trying to wait for us and to stay back with me till he was no longer a threat.

Not sure if this is true but if it is, as I said earlier, let shit go and don't piss off car drivers. Not saying it was justified.

Jackson’s lawyer, Stephen Cline, said Buob “sped by her on a motorcycle and got angry about something and kicked her car, which she had just bought. He kicked her car hard enough for her to swerve and she wanted to get his information to give it to the police.”

It's not lawful to hit someone with your car in this case. The guy crossed a double yellow doing so as well. He's in a soup of trouble.

Ok, the driver was at a stop light and texting. He was definitely not moving and texting. The rider was an idiot in my opinion. Still not something that he should have been run over for and the driver should be persecuted to the fullest when caught.

My point is that the driver's actions weren't warranted. There's no excuse for it.

My point is, if he had just continued on his way with out confronting her,he would be riding today.
