Update 6/5/08 by Todd......

All has been resolved and AJ made arrangements and has paid oldbiker. There were some understandable health issues with AJ.
I have deleted all but a couple of the posts to be fair here to AJ and oldbiker.

Money is in hand, Thank you. My sincere apology for doubting your honesty. I had no way of knowing that you were having health problems. If I had any doubts that you were not honest I wouldn't have shipped the manual. I wish you a full recovery and many years of riding.
