Looks like a 05-08 1600 cc
nomad 09 was 1700 cc

Did the Nomad change sizes in the middle of a year? This is a Wiki page. I know there have been times in the past when 2 different motors were available in a Vulcan in the same year. Maybe '09 actually had 2 different Nomads...

This one does appear to be a 1600, though. The 1700's have the top open bags.
