Ok, I know it's not officially over, but I doubt I will ride much on Monday...

Friday 228 miles
Saturday 123 miles
Sunday 405 miles

Total for the weekend..unless I am able to get out a little tomorrow.....

Ummmm 56 so far, lol. Going to St. Augustine tomorrow though. Actually rode with Joe for 8.1 miles on Ozello Trail near my house. Fun road to ride and great company with the Motorcycling Florida Style people. Couldn't do any more than that because of a football game last night.

Rode to Maggie Valley, NC.

Wednesday/Thursday: 1129
Friday: 350
Saturday: 0
Sunday: 1140

Miles Fri-Sun 1290

Left Round Rock, TX 5PM Wednesday.
Rode in the rain through the night and early morning from Ruston, LA to Birmingham, AL.
Arrive Maggie Valley noon Thursday still soaking wet.

Return:
Left MV 9:30AM Sunday
Arrive Round Rock 3AM Monday.

This Weekend
Fri: 125 (local)
Sat: 360 Round Rock to Houston and back
Sun: 75 (Local)

Well, I had company at the house all weekend ( son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter). Put a sizeable dent in the riding, but managed to squeeze in 150 miles Friday, and 250 miles Saturday. There's always tomorrow, right ?
toddster, I use to go to the southwestern part of your state twice each summer. Highlands, NC to be exact. Ever ridden over that way? Looks like it would be a hoot to ride.

Yes, Highlands is a great area to ride.

I would have liked to have put some miles in this weekend,but my circumstances wouldn't allow it. I did ride the bike back to my house from Mom's which is where is was from last Sunday's storm. I hope to ride some tomorrow for a bit. Gotta get my butt ready for the ride to W Va. LOL.

Amy is right..Highlands area is great to ride in...that whole section of the state from SC to VA is great riding.

I ride to work and back every day Mon-Fri. 26 miles each way. thats 260 miles plus I went on a 125 mile ride today.
385 this week.
Thats not good enough!

Wow, I am very jealous of those that got lots of miles this weekend. We've had rain and strong winds all weekend, but I'm really not complaining. We're in a severe drought, and we need all the moisture we can get at this point. I think the rain is supposed to stop tomorrow, so hopefully I can get a few miles on.

I only got to ride a little over 400 miles Saturday, I filled up twice and still have a 1/2 tank left. Gas cost me $26.52, and I averaged 43.7 mpg using 87 octane

, Not too bad at all. I spent today doing the things you have to do around the house :(
