Question about LCD Display - New (left over 2013) Voyager

The LCD where the Kawi logo and radio stations display seems to always come up blank, but still lighted, when I turn on the ignition after the bike has set for awhile. Just wondering if this is normal?

Once I think I had to turn the ignition off and back on again a couple more times before it would display. Last few times I just turn off once and back on and it works, but always seems to be blank initially after setting. Is this normal? Radio works okay while the display is off.

It's under warranty - I'd take it to the dealer and have them check it out.

Ditto. Doesn't seem normal.

Thanks for the replies. I didn't think it was right, and will be visiting the dealer. I was curious as to whether anyone else had this issue, so thought I'd post.

I haven't had that happen either. Good idea to have it checked by the Dealer while under warranty.

Mine actually has lit up a couple times without it even turned on or the key in the on Position.I was worried I may of had a short somewhere, but it has not done it for quite awhile now,but all works properly.
