2011 Voyager Headlight bulb
I have a 2011 Voyager that I have owned for two riding seasons. It has 62000 Km's (37500 miles) and I have replaced the H4 headlight bulb 6 times. I always ride during the day on High Beam and I am sure that has some affect on the life of the bulb but I want to be seen. I have tried stock H4's and Sylvania Silverstar Ultra bulbs and I am not happy with the life of either. Silverstar bulbs aren't cheap and don't seem to last as long as stock. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions of a bulb that will give longer life. This is getting expensive. I have looked on the net and see that there are direct replacement LED H4 bulbs but I am not sure if they would do a better job. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

did you consider going to LED? I have these still on the way, and am going to try them, I have the LED complete headlight in there but want to try these in a buddies nomad to see how they work. Supposed to be good for 30,000 or more hours compared to the 3,000 or the halogen. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/251419452536?...84.m1497.l2649

Hey Smokey. Thanks for the response. I have looked at a H4 direct replacement LED bulb on Ebay but not sure how they would work. I guess at the low cost I could buy one and give it a try. Want to keep the bulb replacement simple with no mods. Maybe someone else has tried this and will respond. Thanks.
