Welcome to the other side

Very nice, I loved both my Nomads but once I rode the Vision I knew it was my new bike.

Again, LOL. Seems like just about as many ex-Vulcan owners here as current Vulcan owners.

Congrats on the new Vision. Make sure you buy the Victory lowers. Properly adjusted, there's much less heat on your legs in the summer and your feet/legs stay pretty toasty in winter.

Isn't it great the way we all get along even though alot of you guys chose to sell your Kawasaki bikes and buy inferior brands of motorcycles.

Just once, can't we leave the Harley guys out of this? Give them a break.

Yeah, I know how it is.
My own wife even betrayed the Kawasaki brand.
She bought a, a, wow it is hard for me to say this but, she bought a Victory Boardwalk
She will be selling her 900LT in the spring.
She saw it at the dealer in the fall and fell in love with the pearl white paint and the whole look of the bike. She told me if it was still there in the spring she was going to buy it.
Well, last week we were going shopping and she knew the dealer was closed on Monday so she wanted to go look in the window to see if the bike was still there.
We pulled up to a dark show room and looked in the window, it was still there. Headed back to the car and got in to leave.
All of the sudden the front door of the dealership opens and the guy we talked to in the fall says come on in.
Long story short, he gives her a price she can't refuse and says he will change the handlebars to what she wants and store it till spring as part of the deal. She figured him being there on a day they are closed was a sign she was supposed to own that bike.
Sooooo, now next year I will have to put up with the bad smell of Victory in my garage every time I walk in there

In all seriousness, I don't have one bad thing to say about the Vulcan 1700. Great power, great mpg, no problems. But, with all the work I put in to it to get it to fit me..it just didn't. I even took my Mustang seat to a local upholstery shop that gained me a little leg room, but it just didn't have the comfort for this long legged feller.

Riding this Vision on the freeway feels like I could go across country tomorrow. The heated grips and seat have come in handy this week!

This is just terrible news, I hope she has many happy miles on it. Tell her Congrats!

Congratulations to Mrs. Tim, sorry my old memory misplaced her name. I hope you can get through this without therapy
