MP3...or I POD ?

Hello. Just bought a beeeutiful 2011 Vaquero ! What a ride !!..anyhoo...I have a iphone 4 and a ipod. Do I have to buy different connections for both or does the Kawasaki connector take care of both. If not, where would I find the least expensive connection for both. Appreciate any help....oh...do the controls work the I phone also ?

On my Voyager the connections are different for the MP3 and the Ipod, I would think they would be that way on the Vaquero to. As far the Iphone I couldn't tell you.

I have the I pod on my Voyager, and it is the same as the Vaquero. I have used various I pods (touch, nano) I have also hooked up an I phone and it worked the same as the I pods.
Keep in mind the newer I phones and I pods have a new 6 pin connector which you can buy an adapter to the old 30 pin connector which Kawasaki uses. I have heard that these adapters work fine.
if you use an I pod be sure it is not hard drive based, they tend to skip and lock up.
