Eastern Rally Attendees....need a favor. If you or when you know for sure you are attending the Eastern Rally would you PM me with the following info. I will be making a list of attendees, with forum name, actual name go by, and where from to pass out at the rally.

Wow! You guys are great....already getting some PMs. One who is voluteering to help as tailgunner with rides.

We will probably be breaking down into two groups for rides so as you PM me if you want to volunteer to help with that or whatever let me know and I will pass on to Kawgirl as she is spear heading the rides (or you can send a copy of the pm to me and Kawgirl).....which is a big job....Thanks Amy!

I would like to know if anyone is having difficulty getting reservations at the stated rate at this time. I know the block number I set with the hotel is definitely taken. I can call if necessary to try to open up more rooms in our block.

Booked my room this morning using the confirmation number for our group. Told I was number 16 and I believe 20 rooms are reserved so there is still room.

Hey Folks,
I just got off the phone with Super 8. You better jump in to grab a room. There are 3 left. There are no rooms available for the 20th after the block of rooms is reserved, so if you miss out on one of these 3, you will have to look elsewhere for a room.

I will have a post out for the shirts within the next couple of days. You will be ordering your own instead of me doing the ordering and paying and what not. More info to follow soon!!

Unwind2 will pick up that info. Super 8 in Elkins, WV is the headquarter site. There are no rooms left in the block I set back in November. According to coacha, there are single queen rooms available. I don't know if they are offering the rooms at the same rate I was able to get or not. You can try. Here is the rally info link.
