Dear Congress...

DEAR CONGRESS,
Last year I mismanaged my funds and this year my family and I cannot decide on a budget. Until we can come to a unified decision that fits all of our needs and interests, we will have to shut down our check book and will no longer be able to pay our taxes. I'm sure you'll understand. Thank you very much for setting an example we can all follow.

I wish it were that simple Mike. If we could all just have our taxes stopped and they really didn't have our money to play with they would get serious.

Speaking of "people" playing with other people's money.... how does that fit-in with taking my money to pay for those that are too lazy or stupid to have taken care of themselves?

Really? Is that any different that "you" take my money that I worked hard and long to earn simply because "you" think I make too much and "you" should have some of it -- as if "you" deserved it?

How about this? Anyone that owns a motorcycle has to give-up that motorcycle because there are far more in the U.S. that cannot afford a motorcycle... so that means YOU have TOO MUCH and should have to share it with those that do not?

Now really.... does THAT sound fair? ::) Geez....

There is a whole generation of people in this country that have an "entitlement" mentality that truly believe they deserve a portion of another person's effort -- simply by being alive. BS!

Your station in life is in direct relation to your efforts. If you didn't work hard... you shouldn't expect much in return. ;)

(Disabled, those in ill-health, and similar are the exceptions -- I am not that cold-hearted.)

Your must be f---- crazy if you think we care what you think. We really don't have time to listen the bull shi- concerns and suggestions you have to offer. In case you have not noticed, the last time we Congress cared about your problems there was an ice cap over North America. Further more, we don't lead by example, we simply demand that you do right while we take care of ourselves.

So, pay up and pay now and pay later, and pay later and pay....
