Cobra FI2000 $100

Great fuel processor but i got a smoking deal on a power commander and cannot say no.

It works fine, will even take pictures for you so the install will be cake walk.

Currently installed on a 2004 Vulcan nomad 1500.

According to cobrausa.com, the part numbers are different for the model for the 1500 and the 1600. I'd say no.

Mine looks like that but does not have the connectors at the end, they are just joined into certain wires using clips.

The reason they use different part numbers is because of mounting location, not because it won't work.

I am currently using one spec'd for a 1600 classic on an 03 1500 Nomad.

I have used a 1500 model on a 1600 in the past.

Most 1600s show them mounted behind the side cover, where the 1500s are shown under the seat.

If you can think outside of the box, you can use it.

I see you switched to a power commander.. have you had any success with it.. I have now and wonder if the cobra unit would easier to adjust

What are you expecting from the PC that the Cobra wasn't able to provide?
