Using Cobra Luggage Rack

Can I use a Cobra luggage rack with my F&S standard passenger sissy bar/backrest on my 2005 FI?

Yes.

The Cobra rack seems to work better cause it doesn't sit as high as the F&S rack. Which helps when using travel bags.
