Tire valve stem ?
Will a valve stem for a car wheel work on a motorcycle wheel ? I have my new tire and forgot to get a new stem at the kaw dealer but i have a car tire dealer close and I'm wondering if a stem for a car wheel will fit .

Tire valve stem ?
I didn't bother changing mine out this spring, just put 2,000 miles on it this week for the rally. I myself wouldn't worry about it, change them out next time you put new tires on it.

Tire valve stem ?
Do it if it needs it next time. It's not the same as a car, it's more like a big rig truck, with a flat washer inside and a set of rubber washers. Even with air you can spin these 180 degrees if you like, just lossen the lock nuts and DO NOT try to tighten them up stiff and tight ever.
If you go look you will find the valve stems flex all over the place at factory tight.

Tire valve stem ?
Sound advice Mac. I wouldn't worry about changing them out. They haven't been in the weather so should be good at least until next time. I didn't change mine out when I replaced the tires.

Tire valve stem ?
Youll be fine with the original stem, I had the original one in the rear right until the end.

I loosened the stem, turned it around and tightened when I put my new rear tire on...No problems...

Tire valve stem ?
Yes. The front rubber one is probably the replacement someone did before you, when they replaced the tire.
