Fairing Paint Schemes

Bought a Hoppe Quadzilla fairing last week and have been doing the body work to it and havent decided what I want to do with Paint. Have a black 1600 nomad and think that all the work I have put into it, that it would be boring just black. But need some pictures or ideas what I can do. My painter is a perfectionist and wants to do the whole bike but this time of year I dont wanna give it up for months on end. (might be a winter project) Thought about doing some pearl smoke in the black but havent found any pictures of anything like this without the whole bike to match. Also dont know what I want on inner fairing if silver would be too much or not. Feedback/Pictures is appreciated due to my lack of imagination.

Check out the Westren Canada group, look for rickyboy's signature pics. He's done a real nice job on a black/grayish or gunmetal color with his fairing. Might be the color your after

WOW !! Thanks for the nice comments on my bike.
I bought a stock HD tour pak and fairing from another KawaNOW member. The colour of the tour pak is the H.D. Pearl Grey. The previous owner used a "colorite" match and sprayed the fairing a solid match of the same colour. I then had an opportunity{due to a small accident} to pay a few more $$$ and have a personal touch put to the tank and the fairing. I'm not a flame or smoke type person but went with a Harley paint style. My paint guy split the tank and fairing with a white hand painted pin stripe with the pearl grey on the top half, and blk on the bottom. The pearl grey is real close to the blk. but as soon as the sun hits it it pops and is clearly grey. The sig. pics don't do the paint justice but really!!! Thanks again glad you like it.

Sure.....at least I think so. I have to have a look on my portable hard drive. Give me the weekend and I'll do my best for you.
