True Story on Tonights News.
Dateline: Portland OR

Police said Timothy Chapek, 24, broke into a home on SW Rutland Terrace and began taking a shower.

At around 7 p.m., the owner came home and asked Chapek what he was doing there.

That's when Chapek -- fearing the owner's two German Shepherds, as well as the possibility that the owner may have had a gun -- locked himself in the bathroom and called 911.

The homeowner also called 911.

Crews arrived and took Chapek into custody. He was taken to the Multnomah County Jail on suspicion of criminal trespassing and was released on his own recognizance.

Police said Chapek has an extensive criminal history.

Charlie, some people are just plain crazy or stupid one. I am well armed here at the house. Not afraid to let them know how good I am with firearms.

I think I would get rid of the 2 German Shepards and get me a Pit or something that would protect the home my boxer would not even allowed that and he is a wuss and I guess my bathroom door would have been broke down and they might have found him in the shower.

Yeah but there is something about a pump shotgun having a shell racked in it sends cold chills down the back of someone on the recieving end

True, but seeing two barrels pointed at you has an effect too. And that gun can unload both at the same time.
