Brake rotor
I haven't taken mine off, 60,000mi. several tires.
Most tire machines have adapters to compensate.

No, there is no reason to remove it. You can change the tire easily as is.

I agree with what the others have said. If they can't adapt their machine to it as is, than they will remove them and put them back on for you.
