Beware of this cage driver

This is crazy. Glad I am state side. Woman took 950 tries to pass her driver's test with a minimum score of 60, spending $4200 in fees to take the test almost daily.

I pity the people in her town.

AND what about the driving range portion of the test??

They probably were running out of exam papers, so they just passed her!

Maybe their testing is more substantial than ours...

Okay... probably not; but I know if I were to re-write the test for my state that very few of the idiots on the road now would pass.

They would just have to walk to take public-transportation!!
