Shutting down the internet.

Now the US Senate is proposing the newest bill, that if/when passed will give Obamma the power to shut down the internet. All in the interest of National security, of course. ::) How much more is the free(at least for now) people of this country going to stand for this jerks tactics? And what will validate a true Emergency that justifies the removal of free speech? And look at what the administration is doing now to indoctrinate the first day of school, to the little kids. In 2010, America can take back the house and senate, then impeach the clown. Let's hope we can keep him at bay untill then ::) Giving aide and comfort to the enemy is impeachable, and he has ordered the CIA to Mirandize and hi-val detainees. Think about that one ::)

Shutting down the internet.

The latest polls show that 57% of American voters want to completely replace Congress.I won't hold my breath for it to happen. When the campaining starts and the politicains start telling eveybody what they are going to get if they are reeelected, most voters will fold and put the same people back in office. American voters(in general)have short memories and there are too many people that want/get perks from the goverment.

Where's Al Gore. He 'invented' the internet right. Shouldn't he stand up against this?

Ha Ha Ha.

No single entity has the power to shutdown the internet.

Shutting down the internet.

We either stand together or one by one we fall. Since the 50's the Govt has been working at blowing up the family unit, and about now they have succeaded.

The Govt has it so any family now must have 2 or more bread winners to just get by. many jobs are not related to making things, and so many people have no idea how to make a bloomin thing!

How many here can make pants and or shoes, whose wife can sew up a decent shirt?

How will you get these common items if they cost several hundred dollars each?

Last year where I rent this place was said to be worth 180,000, and a weel ago it became worth 220,000 and for what? Nothing changed, but the property taxes will surely increase!

This insanity is feeding little fat punkin men down in state and Fedral offices! These fools can't get out of the wauy fast enough to suit me, but then I have been angery about these things a very long time.

For years I registered my 1985 car for 28 bucks at bottom dollar, and now they act like it is a new car and want 120 bucks to feed the DMV, and 40 more to inspect it!

That just sets me off.... All I can say is my plan is to offer 1/2 and if they don't take it I will give them nothing, and still drive with my own home made plate. It will say MINE.

Unfortunately congressmen are like lawyers. They're ALL a$$holes except yours. Which means a minor shift in in numbers. The best we can hope for is gridlock. And really that's not that bad.

Shutting down the internet.

Check out history, the steps being taken are the steps Stalin, Lenin, Hitler and the ones down in South America have and did do to maintain and take over as dictators.

Obama and the Dems have this "We are the one" mentality driving them and they know whats best for us.

Hell I heard the other day the democrats are saying Cuba is an example we should be following look how well their system is working to cover all their people......

Its getting friggin scary the outright BS and propaganda being put out by this administration. They have proven over and over in the past several months they dont represent the people.

They represent "What they think the people need" we are sheep to be herded and controlled in the actions of this administration nothing more.

His CZARs are a hand picked collection of self proclaimed Socialists, Communists and Racists ...... why do you think this is? (check out Hitler, Stalin etc and see the same steps to over throw a government)

They are setting up a sub government and keeping the "real" government running around chasing their tails while he builds and empire in his image.... along with some key senators and congressmen they are creating a new world order.

This administration has taken over pieces of our system one itty bitty piece at a time... its like playing chess, you dont get check mate in one move. You set the board up and then pounce....

Get ready for Check Mate.....they are getting there.

The goverment already wants control over the internet(communism) so they can regulate what the people have access to.
I guess Al should have patented it when he invented it. I guess we would posting on "KawaNow.AL" if he had.

I personally haven't voted for an incumbent in congress or the senate in over 20 years. This shouldn't be a job for life for these people. Robert Byrd has been there since Lincoln was president.

After a couple of terms, these elected folks lose touch with reality and the taxpayers money somehow becomes "their money".

VOTE THE BUMS OUT OF OFFICE!

It would take a huge effort to get the country to vote out all the incumbents. If it was attempted the government would declare it a "conspiracy" and would arrest all the leaders trying to organize it. After all "community oganizers" are now a bad thing unless it's being done to support the administration!

I'm afraid that what it is going to come down to is another revoltingolution. (Yes I know how to spell it but the NSA has programs sniffing the internet for certain words)

Many people will die and the outcome won't be pleasant for either side.

I personally have been out of it for a long time, but it is killing me to watch others who have and had their nose hard into the grind stone go down in flames over taxes.

The guy i work for, works 7 days a week 10 hours a day and can't make ends meet. My 85 year old uncle can no longer meet taxes and must sell out cheap and move. i just found out that for years he has been selling family things to just pay taxes! :(" title="" border="0"/>

These are the kinds of people who worked to pay the Govt taxes and can no longer afford to because of silly increases the Govt has put over on ALL of us.

As most of you know, I am originally from Utah. In 1992, the company I worked for invited politicians to come and speak to us while we ate lunch. One of the speakers was Robert Bennett, who is now Senator Robert Bennett. He was running for the junior senator spot back then and he stood in front of us and stated that if elected, he would "serve just two terms and get out!" Well, he's on his third term now and there's no stopping him.

Liar.

3 terms is nothing... Til Death do us part is all that stopped Teddy the Swimmer..

You guys that still have work are lucky, but the question is how long can you afford to not work?

The next is when you can still work and ends don't meet the expences then what?

The next is when tax burden won't allow for you to live to just go to work and so you can't, or you get hurt bad like me, then what?

When you can't buy a loaf of bread for any amount of money then what?

Only when a man has no more to loose does he become dangerous.

Yellow Jacket I will say it for you

"Viva la Revolucion"
I have been on their damn lists for I am guessing 11 years now. Has a lot to do with the fact that I have affiliations to people who have decided they wanted to be associated with organizations like the Bandidos MC, or the Arian Brotherhood. They don't ask me to join but just because they did they don't stop being my friends. Certain library selections will get you on those lists too. Oh yeah, former military service of any kind guarantees your on the list.

Screw em, I know enough illegal mexicans that I can easily get a new identity.
