Stewart, like the others have said, it really depends on what you consider slow.

I'm 6'3" and not too far South of 300 lbs. Add my wife at 140ish plus all our/her stuff and I'm sure by that time we're over the recommended weight limits, and I can still hit 100mph if needed.

I'm not saying it ain't going to take a bit to get there, but then again, the Nomad ain't no sport bike either.

BTW, this is on a 2004 1500 Nomad.




now you are a person i want to talk to! it sounds as if we are in the same ballpark! were similar size with similar size women, and black nomads ta boot! i had just posted a thread about tires and i want to know how you faired with your rear tires to this point?
