Leaking Gas Cap

Have an 06 Nomad and twice now have had problems with the gas cap leaking------is it a constant o-ring problem----?? Anyone else have this problem.
I have friends and a brother with Nomads from 2003-2008----and nobody else has experienced this problem----and it doesnt seem to matter how far you fill the gas----up the spout. ( I should add that mine leaks when I run the gas to half an inch below the lip--we all do this on long trips and only mine has this problem)--The first time---My entire gas cap was replaced----and this solved the problem until recently.

Have you taken your seat off lately. I had the same problem. Finally realized after about 10 tanks worth that when I put on my tank chap and put the seat back on it kinked one of the two gas lines guessing one of them is a breather and when kinked also messes with your gas gauge because gas light would come on in 70 miles but would only take 2 gallons.

Waugh! At one time in the US, there was 'Sunny Dollars" from Sunoco gas stations, and the one bill note I recall best was a in browns with a highlander in the oval on the obverse.

I don't recall the dollar amount it was good for at only a Sunco gas station though.

I used these notes in Canada a lot as real cash money. Just maybe you can even for me..

Probably missing Prt# 92093-1030. I know of 4 2006 Nomads that all were missing the above sealing ring. I can fill my tank to the top and it will only leak out of the overflow - and only when really hot outside. Before it would leak around the cap and puke onto my lap - and that was filling it to just above the bottom of the cup!
