Hwy 40 in IL,IN,Oh,and Pa

Any info on this road would be great. Is it a good route for a ride to the east?

Hwy 40 through central Ohio parallels I70 for most of the way. Some of it is 4-lanes in populous areas, mostly 2-lane flat but scenic farmland. Great alternative to the freeway!

In SW Pa, Hwy 40 follows US-70 and then strikes out on its own. Lots of 2 lane through farm land and rolling hills. On weekends, the lack of passing lanes can make it slow going but still an enjoyable ride.
