Great look seat Jim. But my butt needs the extra padding in the Mustang so that is what I'm putting a Mustang on my '08.
Are you a Liz going to make www.sevroc.org in Maggie Valley NC in May? If so I'll see Y'all there. Again, good looking artwork on the seat. |

How much did it set you back? Also, I think from what I have read Corbin is one of the best made seats available but have been described as "too hard". What are your comments on comfort?

Like I said before Liz got it for me off of ebay. The seat was $350 and another $70 for the back rest. It was used with 2000 miles on it. Sorry Chuck Maggie Valley, we are planning to go to Oregon in July with Rick and Teresa. I am going to try to make the central KawaNOW rally in ES in June. Liz might have a new Nomad soon.

VERY nice looking seat once you get a few miles in it let us know what you think, I have two good friends one loves his and the other is getting ready to sell his (to hard for him its on a HD) but most I have talk to say they would not trade for anything. again very nice.

Another satisfied Corbin seat owner. I can't attest to the Mustang, but I hear a lot of folks like them. I hear some say the Corbin is too hard, but if it wasn't you'd sink to the pan, and that's what lights your a$$ up on a long trip. You do have to ride about 1,000 miles to break them in, but then it's butter. I can stay in the saddle all day on this. It's called the Touring Seat. I rode to Hollister California and had it custom fit while I waited. They have you ride it and trim it as you desire before the final sewing of the leather cover. It's pricey, but worth the comfort. Oh yeah, they through in a free lunch too!

Don't mistake Softness for comfort. If a seat don't fit it won't be good for the long haul.
