Nomad saddle bag
Hello all, I am new here so if i make any mistakes just let me know so i can fix them, so my question is what is the best method to remove the glue strips off the saddle bags, i had a new door put on but did not want to pay $150.00 for the 3 strips, so i removed the other strips only to find the glue will not come off, so any help will be good, thanks...

Try goo gone. Maybe someone else has done this before, but I haven't, so that is just a guess that shouldn't get you in trouble.

Goo Gone or wd40 should work.
Other option is to replace the chrome strips the gadget way. http://www.gadgetjq.com/ct_strip_repair.htm

Careful not to use the googone extreme! it contains acetone which melts plastic via a chemical reaction and is a primary ingredient for paint remover. Use the regular goo gone or wd40
