In case anyone is interested -

the 40" x 49" utility trailer kit with 8" wheels is on sale for $169.99 (Reg $199.99)

the 40-1/2" x 48" utility trailer kit with 12" wheels is on sale for $199.99 (reg $249.99)

Sale prices are good through June 22.

Good prices for sure. When I went looking for my trailer, went to the local HF store and they were out of both the 8" and 12" models and didn't know when they would have any.

But they should offer a rain check.

I bought my trailer last July for $146.99. And right after that sale, the prices jumped about $30 for the 8" and $50 for the 12" model.

My neighbour had a yard sale a couple weeks ago and was selling a cartop carrier for $20.00, I missed it by a few minutes. I'll check if our Princess Auto store has the same trailer available.

They gave me a rain check but I checked back in two weeks, still no trailers. Ended up buying one at Northern Freight, 12" tires, for a little more but needed to get it done for GA rally.

The current issue of Road & Track has a Harbor Freight coupon for 15% off. It's in the last few pages, and is a full page ad. It doesn't exclude sale items.

When we tried to buy our trailer from HF last year, they did not have one in stock, could not say when they would have one. The store personnel said the replenishers send what they want. My wife contacted the area manager and he had one for us in about 3 days. Forget the store level people, they seem to not be able to get what is needed.
