Moving Viet Nam Wall

The wall is coming into Johnson City on June 2nd. It will stop at I81 (exit 4-Ashville cutoff) at the Pilot Truck Stop and at noon will begin an escorted, non-stop run into Johnson City to the Freedom Hall (behind Science Hill High School). Rolling Thunder, Patriot Guard Riders, and Blue Knights will be a some of those riding in the escort. Should be three or four hundred bikes we hope and law enforcement will be at interesections to assure that it will be non-stop. I will be looking for other Nomads in the ride and forward to meeting the riders.

Moving Viet Nam Wall

It was just here in Dallas over the Memorial Day weekend. If you are in the area where it will be, pay your respects. It always brings chills to me. Next year the wife and I are planning a trip to Washington to see the Wall. It's on my bucket list.
