The injured Mass rider had his drivers license revoked in 1999 and did not have a motorcycle endorsement. He was a real law abiding citizen. Maybe that news will shut his family up.

What these scumbags were doing is trying to shut down the west side hwy so they could do crazy stunts unimpeded. They remove their plates cuz most will run and not get caught. The hands off policy of the NYPD, which I'm sure is about to change, is due to the fact that high speed chases through NYC usually cause more crap than they're worth. They all have multiple license issues and lots of prior arrests.

He has priors... out the ass and he was busted for trafficking cocaine previously?

The other scumbag that smashed out the window has his lawyer trying to negotiate a surrender. I guess he's trying to stay out of jail. Good luck with that.
