Cindy and I put on a couple hundred miles yesterday. It was 88 and humid.
Today it is 98 with a heat index of 106, soooooo, screw that. I'm inside with the central air running.

92.F here and humid. I was going to do some errands with the bike today, but got side tracked and alternated between the pool and the A/C. Maybe tomorrow.

92 and 88 degrees are uh kinda chilly. We have been dealing with the 18th day of 100+ days in a row. So no it is too damn hot to ride sir! :(" title="" border="0"/>

Got to agree with ya! Too hot to ride... yet I find myself out there for a short ride ;-) sometimes.

Hot enough? Anybody been riding in the heat?

Rode a poker run Saturday to the Badlands. Was 99 F when we started at 6:00 pm. This was the first time I have ever noticed humidity there. It was a beautiful evening, the sun was setting as we rode through the park and watched a red moon rise. Got back to Rapid City at 10:30 to a cool 80 degrees. Oh yeah, I had the high hand and before any one says anything my South Dakota Retreads riding group has already claimed lunch on me. Ride Safe!

Hot enough? Anybody been riding in the heat?

I've been riding into work everyday. Morning ride in is cool but coming home is a different story. I do have air conditioning on my Nomad so that helps.

Hot enough? Anybody been riding in the heat?

I have been riding to and from work every day (45 miles) and Nancy and I put on about 300 miles last weekend. It's hot but I still enjoy it. It wasn't that long ago that I was wishing it would warm up enough to ride.
