I have 34K on My 07. It's performed well except I had to replace the water pump drive shaft at 13,000 miles. I was laid up for almost a year due to back and knee surgeries so I hit that mileage and hence the problem a couple weeks after the factory 2 year waranty expired. Normally I would have had about 25,000 on the bike in 2 years. My locale dealer put the cost of that repair at $2,000 - $3,000 but we did the job independently and ended up at just under $400 providing most of the labor ourselves.
Other wise enjoy the bike and intend to put 100K on it in the next 4-5 years.

Borto....I have asked the same question several times. It is amazing how few major problems I have heard from the higher mile members. These are solid bikes. Knock on wood.

My 03 only has 15k but I have put 13k on in the last 2 years. Rain, rain, rain.

In 43,000 miles, I've replaced my clutch spring and had to fix the clutch pushrod seal and installed cam chain extenders. That's it for repairs, other than routine maintenance stuff and modifications.

That's like $75 worth of repairs. Not bad at all.
