For the less adventurous, you can also get it as a "3-way". (No onions and beans.)

Alls well in Cincinnati. Ohio river is high and muddy. Just had a four-way at Skyline Chili
last week. Delicious. Drop in sometime and visit. My treat at Skyline.

I love Skyline. Brings back memories of visiting the wife when she was in school at Miami of Ohio. We would go to Cincy on the weekends some times and stop there for a "night cap", lol.

Hey Coach, there is a Skyline in Clearwater Beach! The wife and I ALWAYS go there when we have to go over there and assist older relatives in Largo. ( Kind of our treat to ourselves ).

Thanks, but that'd be a long haul for me these days. I like to ride, but I don't enjoy traveling as much as I used to.

Check the connector going into the clutch master cylinder. Mine had backed out just enough to prevent my bike from starting unless I pulled in the clutch.

Yep Bob, exactly what my problem turned out to be, feel'n a little foolish now, was that way for 8 months and I thought that was what Kaw had intended.

Neutral problem?

Some habits are important to form.
I learned in the MSF class to always shift to first when stopping,
and I always put my bike in neutral when first starting from a stop.

With practice, you can find neutral while moving. I do so to enter my parking garage where I have to swipe an access card with my left hand.

Per Bob's post and the owner's manual, there is a kill swith connected to the side stand.
When in gear, if you lower the side stand the engine will die, even if you've already started the bike.

Sounds like finding neutral is a challenge if you're not in first gear.

Scott
