Done it this time
Was headed down the front steps this morning and went down as in fell. Riding season is over for me broke both bones in my lower left leg. Right where they attach to the ankle. Got to go back Monday and let them see if the swelling has gone down and schedule the surgery. 2020 has sucked ,be glad to put it in the rear view. I'm almost 61 and never been under the knife. Shattered a pretty good record this morning

Talked with Denny on the phone last night. Sounds like he was trying to get out of work.
Oh wait a minute, he's retired. Man I do hate it for him. That is gonna slow him down for a minute. I was gonna ask this morning for a few days off and try to schedule a few days off for our mountain trip.

At least I've tested negative for the Rona( my little twin nephews call it that) last week , so if you hear i kicked off from the Rona it's a lie!
Had my surgery Tuesday, follow up with my surgeon on Friday of this week. I'm all casted up and wheel chair bound for now and even under a no driving order. I'll see if the bride has tricked me on that one Friday. As far as things go i seem to be progressing normally. If you pray my main concern and fear is the wounds healing up correctly. I'm an Insulin dependent diabetic that's over 60 so I'm in the at risk category. I know I've not posted much but I've talked on the phone to Chuck A a time or 4 if anything changes he'll mention it. Everybody have a wonderful fall season coming up,post plenty of pictures and I'll enjoy it with y'all . Oh yeah don't be out there getting " The Rona" ,later
