WTF 1999 1500 Vulcan Nomad Front brakes

All the videos and references I have found so far re: pad replacement show one rotor on the front wheel. What I see on my 1999 Nomad is a rotor on each side of the front wheel. Which also means two sets of pads? Can someone please verify this is the case?

I was getting ready to replace the pads until I realized I only had two pads (one set), which is half of what I think is needed to complete the job.

Thanks for any guidance you may have.

The parts diagram for a 99 Nomad calls for two front brake discs.

The Classic's have a single disc, the Nomad has twin. You need to order 2 of each part on the diagram. Kawasaki want stupid money, so i use cheap ebay pads. They work fine for me.

Usually, on the classic, if you look at the #'s, they're usually the same....one set for the front, one for the back....
To do the front on a nomad, it takes 2 sets of pads, one set for each rotor..... then one for the rear....
