Corona isn't the worst virus you should be worried about catching at Sturgis...

I work construction. I'm more worried about having to go in the port-john behind our foreign unvaccinated guess than I am a small virus at has been around for years. Flu is far wider spread either way. This is all a political media move to put the country in a frenzy before this years election.

Sorry. yes way to far out to be canceling anything 5 months way.

Since I'm close I'll put in what the local news (KOTA) out of Rapid City said last night......the Sturgis bike Rally is still on......it's a long ways off however.

If you want to know if Sturgis is on or not, go to their web site and get the info first hand.

The organizer of our trip, "Kiwi Ken" O'Leary, called me this morning... Our trip is off for 2020, and we're now planning to pick up where we left off in 2021. Sturgis still hasn't made it's mind up, but the way things are - shipping our bikes safely & being confident we'd be able to pick them up again your side has gotten a bit flaky... Trying to get back what I can from airfares / insurance is the next job.

That’s a bummer Peg. My group ( 4 couples) have a house rented in Pigeon Forge for the first week in August. Was planning routes from Minnesota yesterday with one of other guys going, but who knows where everything will be then?
Hoping and praying everything is back to normal by then!!
Mike
