HELP Nomad swing arm.

Hi everyone. I decided to grease the swing arm & now I can't get it back in. It is like the frame closed up a m.m. or 2 after I got it out. Anyone else here run across this ? How did you get it back in ?

I used a 4x8 board laid on the jack. Then I rested the swing arm on it while lining it up in frame. It was a tight clearance as I tried it free hand and tha wouldn't work. Hope it helps

You could use a piece of threaded rod with a nut on each end to spread the frame if necessary ?
