Bye bye Nomad, hello Vaquero

Time to let the Nomad go to a good home.
In it's place is a 2012 black Vaquero with Vance and Hines, KQR backrest, auxiliary spots, Ipod connector and only 7000 km's on the clock (thank you previous owner)
It's been a pleasure 1600 owners
...now to haunt the VN1700 threads...
Pete.

I thought you had decided to keep the Nomad and maybe get rid of the Vaquero.

I went from a 1600 Noad to the Voyager and never looked back. If it's not Ivanized be sure to have it done soon.

NZ never got the Vaq Pete... Looking at your excellent photo, I'm finding that kinda disappointing.

I'm also thinking... Black JW Speaker LED headlight & matching black Daymaker style LED spots would look very well in that front end?

If you go with the JW Speaker headlight, make sure you buy it from a local distributor so you can be sure it's approved for use driving on the left side of the road. I did my research, knew the exact model (from the 8700 EVO 2, LHT ECE range) that I wanted, but couldn't find anyone, anywhere, where I could buy it online.

That problem also rules out any of the cheaper Chinese copies... Even if those retailers bothered answered my questions, they obviously didn't really know what they were talking about, and it felt like they were telling me whatever I wanted to hear just to make the sale.
