I will get the left pipe cross over machine long enough to insert the HD slip on onto the pipe clamp it and re-install the chrome shield ..size 1.75 OD

Right side have a 6 inch straight pipe that I will cut to proper length for adj 1.75 od and clamp shield to cover it

I put a pair of late model street glide mufflers on my 2010 Nomad. Great sound at a bargain price. If I figure out how to load a video from my phone to this thread, I will get it uploaded. All it took was an adapter made from an outdoor galvanized electrical conduit from a weatherhead and a bit of a dremmel tool grinding to coax it onto the HD mufflers. We did use the crossover cut, and welded onto the L muffler. The units bolted right up as the rear mount btacket lined up with the bike's mount point. There is no bolt on the front mount point. The factory heat shield line up close enough that the entire exhaust looks factory but sounds very HD (go figure). Best thing is I had an instant gain of 8-10 MPG.

Well after doing the HD dual slip on set up using the stock headers... results less torque than 2 in 1... engine runs hotter and fuel mileage dropped,, disappointing..ECU was ivanized

Going back to FP 2 in 1 set up to achieve peak performance and fuel mileage

Im glad you were able to get it done though. For those that are running stock, this is a bargain for improved sound. But for you it's sacrificing performance. You could have had your ECU ivanized again but that would be silly. I find that a properly tuned 2 in 1 system is a better performer just by it's nature.
