WOW........................ That is sweet
I only see one thing I would change, and that would be to replace the rear amber turn lenses with red ones,
But I do really, really like it.

Thanks again for all of the compliments. I don't forsee harley giving me much of a cut, Lol. I am very happy how it turned out and really like handlebar remote for the stereo. I cant wait to get the rear speakers wired in. I have 6.5" and 5" speakers, polk marine. Sounds good with 2 but 4 will be better.

Btw, where would one find red lenses for the rear signals?

I just went and looked at some places they used to be all over. When I was looking for some to go on my 1600, there were lots of them for the 1500s, but few for the 1600s, now all I can find for the 1500s are clear and smoke.

Came out nice. Gonna get a lot of strange looks with that build.

The road glide is the best Harley makes today. It is amazing how many batwing riders don't understand the benefits of the fixed fairing and two headlights. I get a lot of crazy questions.

He didn't say the year or size, I'm assuming a 1700.

You know you can add that? I have a rostra cruise I will be adding. Weather got nice and I wanted it back together. This fall I plan on doing it.

Very nice as a full dresser, but gorgeous as a solo ride.

I keep my Meanie in solo trim 99% of the time, with the passenger seat in one of the saddle bags.

I like the originality, expect to be copied.

I'm trying to work out the RG fairing without a crash bar to attach to.

Oh well, as yo know, it never ends.

I made mounts that dont attach to the crash bar. They bolt to the frame where the orig crash bar mounted. The HD crash bar fairing mounts were in the way for my lowers.

Oh, i found and ordered red turn signal lenses, thanks for the suggestion.

I guess but this thread was about your 1500 so I figured he had a similar bike.

Rostra cruise control would be good but if it's not either an MCcruise or from the factory, I wouldn't want it only due to the "quality" (not the word I wanted but can't think of the right word).
