Hand Brake Lever not activating lights
2015 Voyager. For some reason the hand brake lever is not activating when I squeeze. The brake light illuminates with the foot lever, but not the hand lever. I could take it to dealer, but if its an easy fix I'd rather do it myself. Any suggestions.

take it to the dealer, it is under warranty, but if you really want to look yourself, first thing is to check all the wires are connected, there are 4 I think, then if they are take it to the dealer.

The switch is bad! It happen to my Voyager in the first year I had it! Make sure you use your rear brake ever time until you get the switch replaced.

Take it to the dealer. They will either replace or clean the switch. I had the same problem with mine.

should be 30 minutes to replace, if they want to keep it while they order the part, tell them no, as long as it works with the rear brake it will be fine, then take it back in when they get the part in.

I don't know what is wrong with the handbrake switches on the Voyager(s). I have had mine replaced once a year like clockwork. Luckily it is under an extended warranty. It is interesting that the cruise control switch, which is located in the same housing, has never been a problem.
