Reckless Fairing question . . .

I have a 2011 Nomad and just about pulled the trigger on a fairing . . . then I heard "through the grapevine" than some folks experience poor handling with the fairing installed. Do you find this to be true, or just a rumor? I realize it is fork mounted, but does it cause the Nomad to handle differently (in a bad way)?

Thanks!

I think mine handles better with the fairing than with the windshield.

I didn't have any handling concerns with my Nomad, when I had the fairing. I removed it for other reasons, but nothing to do with the ride.

I love mine too. At first its a little weird at slow speed but that goes away when you get use to the extra 25 lbs on the handlebars.

In the past I have owned 2 HD Ultra Classics. They have fork mounted fairings and I didn't have any problems with them.
