To stud or not to stud... that is the question...

Shopping for a new tank bib, fender bib and mustang seat.
Wondering if I should go studded or not.

Can you guys post some pics of studded vs. not studded to help me decide?
My Nomad is black :)

Cheers!

As long as it's the larger studs, it will look AWESOME on a black bike, but one thing I've noticed, when cleaning my seats, sometimes I wish they were studless.

Not a stud person myself. Prefer the plain look

I have to be honest . I've owned my Nomad for 5 years now and I have a huge list of things I'm doing and the list calls for a new mustang seat with studs . I have the mustang tank bib and rear fender cover and everyone who talks to me tells me I should have the seat to match with studs and the concho's .

In my opinion the add to the look of the bike

Yeah, I'm really on the fence, I seem to be of both opinions. I like both looks, hoping to get some pics of members with studs on black.

RF, if you have the studded bibs, I'd definitely match the seat to them, for me it's all 3 or none...

Agreed , putting in some overtime so I can buy the two piece mustang . Just finishing up 14" apes with steal braided lines . Payed way more than I wanted to but I had to have it .

Here's a pic of mine setting in the closet, I have a Russell Day Long on the bike.
You can go to my profile and look at my picture album to see more pics

Thanks David!
Kam there's a button at the bottom called 'manage attachments' when you make a post, click it and upload.

Thanks

Whether tis better to suffer the slings and arrows of no studs or reap the benefits of studding. I cast the question to my fair maiden and she hast vowed to forever want a stud. So, the question begs no more talk. Studs it is!

Grin

I sometimes run my black Nomad with studded saddlebag chaps. I will send a pic if you want. I usually have something studded on my bikes, saddle bags, chaps, seat, me....
