I don't know the official name of the paint. It is a matte finish paint that has the clear coat mixed in with it so you don't clear coat it. It is very durable and I like how it has a little shine but still has the matte finish.

It is Ostrich Vinyl. I live in Round Rock Texas and had a local company do both the vinyl and the paint. I saved money on the job by breaking down the bike and sending them only the pieces that I wanted done. I then put it back together. I wanted to have Gold Leaf pin-stripping done as well but they did not feel comfortable doing it so I am going to look for someone that can do it and go from there.
