To visit friends and family. There are a lot of nice folk there. Now, as far as motorcycle roads go, it's not so good and the winters will cut down on year round riding, but it's a good place to raise a family and it's more economical too. Schools are very good.

No, just one of many bikes I am considering but it is near the top of my list. The color is called Nuclear Sunset and is awesome in the daylight.

You'll lose some storage space though, not sure how it compares to the XCT otherwise.

The XCT has 41 gallons of storage and the Vision has 29 gallons, a significant difference. The only time I need a lot of storage is when doing week long rides and I picked up a new back seat bag that holds 18 gallons, so I should be good. They both have the same drive train and similar features. They both have cast aluminum frames and swing arms and they both have ABS brakes. They have the same wheelbase and the same size tires and wheels and similar handling characteristics. I have demo'd the Vision numerous times and I really like the way it handles. We'll see what happens.

There are at least 42 things to do or see in Des Moines!

Next National Rally perhaps?

Check it out!

...or just leave. I suspect 42 days in Des Moines will be enough.
