crazy CB problems...

A friend and I both have the Kawasaki CBs on our Voyagers, both bikes blow away our radios and our buddies radios. I have checked my SWRs and they are good (2.0). Is there anyway to TAME down the output to a comfortable level.

Complaining because your CB radio works too well?

2.0 isn't good. You need an antenna you can tune. This is a common problem

Tune the antenna or get one you can tune. Higher swr is higher power being back fed into the radio.

The answer to your question though is that the only way to not blow each other out is to ride further apart or get Bluetooth headsets to chat. Even low wattage walkie talkies can't be used too close to one another.
