My display is off by about 7 mpg - If it says I'm getting 40, my att he pump calculator says anywhere from 32-35

YEP...mine is off about the same amount. I went for a ride last nite and saw 56.8 at the highest, subtract the 7 and that's 49.6. Did some more hiway drivin against the wind and some stop-n-go stuff, by the time I got home it had dipped to 52.8/actual 45.8.

Plus I clicked past 52,000 mls. I took a pic but for some reason I can't get pics from my camera to load into my puter. Oh well.

That's some sweet mileage. Mostly highway?
I have about 300 miles on the clock and am averaging 26mpg by a program I use, 28.9 by dash gauge.

Ok, next topic. Fill up with bike vertical or on the side stand? I always did the Nomad on the side stand, but the cap was on the right side of the tank.
