That would work for volume control, but would that boost it?????

No. I thought maybe it would help you out with volume control pick.

I was looking at the Boostaroo and the Boostaroo Revolution. The Boostaroo increases volume up to 100% depending on the ohms of the headphones while the Boostaroo Revolution would increase the volume up to 400% with hi-def sound. I wonder if anyone here has used both and can add some input. Like I said, I can hardly hear the Serious Stratus with the headset I plugged in and was wondering even if I did get 100% increase with the regular Boostaroo if it would be loud enough.

beezer, One of those little amp at radio shack only cost about $20.00. Might work might not good luck

Here is what I have. I got it from radio shack. I set the volume on the sirius radio between 1/2 and 3/4, so it is loud enough. I have stock mufflers so that would make a difference.
(sorry pics ain't the best)

I have it velcro right behind the driver seat under the passenger seat.

That's convenient enough without any hard wiring if I test one with an mp3 player before hooking up the Sirius. I bid on one.
