Clutch fixed

Finally got my clutch spring done after a long wait for the Judges washers. All went well but I must say "THE NUT" sure needs the right tools to remove. Definately needs impact wrench but don't waste your time with an electric one or a small compressor. I tried my 3 gal compressor and 1/4" coil hose....what a joke. Then tried a 15 Gal compressor with the same 1/4" hose and no luck....just not enough volume. Used a 1/2" hose and off it came in 2 seconds.
Got everything put back in place. put new oil in the bike and all is good. Can't say that I've noticed any difference in the wheel traction but shifting is smoother and sure don't feel any clutch slippage at all.
Thanks to all who offered advice on this job, it gave me the confidence to tackle it myself, save a few bucks and learn more about the bike.

My electric impact has done many clutch springs without a single hiccup!

I was able to do mine with a 12 volt impact wrench and a cheap one at that!

Maybe mine was just torqued beyond 110lbs but I had no luck without the 1/2" impact wrench and heavy duty compressor.
Yes I did use a Mean Streak spring along with the JW's.

Doubtful, it's just that you strangled the impact with that narrow hose.
