Best condom ad ever?

Life with kids can be messy, chaotic, loud … and, at times, especially painful for men, as one ad shows. The minute-long commercial for Durex condoms has been described at "borderline melodramatic genius" by Adweek, and won best spec spot of the year in a recent advertising competition.

The Adweek review went on to add: "It's an excellent depiction of what may lie ahead if you're not careful … The slow motion increasingly builds the misery of fatherhood ; Then, wham, a wake-up call, a shot to the family jewels."

Yes, the writer of that piece is male – and has no doubt experienced a few shots to the family jewels in his time.

Funniest ad I've seen in a long time I think that particular pain is one only a man can truly understand?
