Can anyone ID this guy? He was spotted on the dragon by US129Photos.com under the caption...
Safety, Sometimes its really dangerous.

Just wondering if we know him....nice bike though.

I get a kick out of the safety vest guys. Personally, I don't want to look like I'm on an ADOT road paving crew.
