It seems like common sense prevailed for a change.

A rich white liberal should not be subject to the same rules as the common man.

I don't think he should have been charged, nor do I think anyone else in DC should be for this as long as they meet the qualifications to own a firearm in the United States.

I have no doubt that if the magazine had been brought in by the folks from the NRA, there would be a warrant out for them now, and the liberal propaganda centers (really can't call them 'media' anymore) would be demanding a public lynching.
There has always been a double standard, and it's getting wider by the day.

I agree Jerry, if it was an NRA member they would be charged for sure.

That's where " equal protection under the law" should always be a challenge in that district. A good attorney would have a field day.

If the police told them not to do it, and they did it. Why are there no charges?

Don't you know, he doesn't fall into the peasant group of America, he's part of the Royalty group.
I think of Obama and these lackies like the Kings that ruled Britain back in the day. I can hear it now.. "How dare you use the King's 30 round magazine in an AR, only the king and his knights can have those.." Hypocrites of the biggest kind and Feinstein could very well be the biggest one of all time. She even conceal carries and wants to ban firearms. unreal.
