If your "build day" comes and goes and you don't get a phone call (for a credit card number), is that a problem?

I don't think it is a problem. They are busy with so many orders.

My built date was 12/12/12. I have not received a call yet.

They don't charge your card until they ship. 4 or 5 days after the build date.

I got mine today (front only) and managed a quick 30 minute ride. It is going to take a longer ride to appreciate it.
Just yeaterday I was wishing I had done the rear also, a full build that offeres higher backrest (FJR1300). Well as luck would have it, a rear just like I'd have wanted mine done was posted on the fjr forum for $150.
I should have it next week ;)

My build date was last Tuesday (11th). Kim called today to say it was done. I had not heard anything from her until now. I don't expect that you have anything to worry about. Kim is going to hold off shipping mine back until after the holidays to reduce the risk of any problems due to the overloaded Postal system right now. No rush for me with the current weather. She said she would contact me with the tracking number and bill when she ships it January 2nd.

You won't get a call for your credit card info until the build is complete and they're ready to ship.

Guess I should have read on a bit and I would have noticed that about five people had answered his question before I chirped in with my two cents worth! :>)

Just shipping my seat as of tomorrow from "The Great White North" (Calgary, Canada), and build date is set at Jan-11th. Just wanted to say thanks to Mike for putting together the group buy all your efforts and questions answered are much appreciated. One last question before I ship my seat, did you include anything else besides your seat pan? I was going to print off a copy of the order form but that was about it. Any recommendations or confirmations would be appreciated.

I had intended to send along my build sheet but forgot it. Called and talked to Kim and she said not to worry about it they would match the seat up by the sender shipping information and the information they have on file.

Buster:

You can include anything you think might help them get it perfect for you. I included additional comparison photos of the difference between the stock seat and my Corbin. I also included a more detailed written desciption of what I wanted since there wasn't much room for details on the order form.

Anything you can include that helps them customise it better for you, can only get you better results. They are very open to your requests. I must say that they paid attention to what I sent them, because I couldn't have gotten anything closer to what I wanted if I would have rode it in for the build.

Can one of you tell me about how much a RDL seat for a vaquero front and back might be. I might sell my mustang. Thanks or does it say on the web site.

Got a call that my seat was ready and just needed to call back with my credit card number.......too bad they called me an hour before they closed at noon. I was not able to call them back within that hour, now I have to wait until January 2 before they are back in the shop before they ship .......I know we got a great deal but to call me one hour before they close. Hat is up with that?
