I seem to be having a hard time with the not panicing part, especially when I see all of you posting about your dates.

From Canada

Just a note to anyone else ordering from Canada. The local Post Office used my RDL reference number (build date) as an R.A. code and listed the seat as going in for repair. This should help at Customs. I believe Russell does something similar when it comes back to us.

January 18 build date for me. I was getting nervous also about not hearing anything because I had email problems last week so I called and while I was on the phone my email build date came in. Too funny!

I just got off the phone with Kim. She said all the emails just went out and to check spam boxes. I still don't have the email, but my build date is 12/5 ;)

I have my date ! I shipped my seat off yesterday via purolator ground , with insurance cost= $130.00. Estimated shipping time 5 business days .
I'm having the rebuilt seat shipped to the purolator store in Buffalo new York , to reduce border delays and costs.
I'll drag my bride there on a cross-border shopping spree , then bring my prize back with me .

Newhoco. I presume you are in Ontario ? Seems like a lot for shipping to Daylong ?
Why pay for it to be there in 5 days when its 6 weeks to your build date ?

I believe if they get ahead of schedule they fill in with seats that were shipped in advance.

I shipped Ontario to RDL, $63.51 with Canada Post including insurance and you guessed it, a fuel surcharge. I'll let you know if it gets there.

R.A. Return Authorization
The seat is being returned for repair. It isn't a gift and I am not buying a new one. R.A. 16.01.2013 with your build date.

Ive found that Canada Post is the cheapest for shipping to and from the USA.
The couriers add on taxes and brokerage fees.
